The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity within our NSW team for an experienced technician who enjoys working autonomously as part of a larger national technical team. 

To successfully start a long and rewarding career at CMG, ideally you will be a service focused and experienced technician repairing mono and colour printers, photocopiers and multi-function devices across multiple brands. Previous experience with Canon, Develop and Fuji Xerox products would be beneficial. 

Your ability to service our customers will extend to include standard network support required to maintain modern functionality such as network printing and scanning.

Further opportunities to grow your technical skillset and knowledge are available through our support of other technologies including 3D, wide format and photo lab printing.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate would bring the following skills and attributes to the role:

  • Proven experience in MFD/copier and printer repairs and maintenance highly regarded
  • Proven experience with Canon, Ricoh or Fuji Xerox products (desirable)
  • Strong technical aptitude, Network IT proficiency and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable loading and configuring software on PC’s
  • Ability to make decisions and work autonomously
  • Versatile and willing to assist with a range of tasks
  • Professional manner and presentation
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Desire and willingness to learn and apply new skills across a range of printer devices
  • A positive “can do” collaborative attitude
