Job description

Are you an experienced Sales Professional with experience in the Graphics, Reflective and Signage Industry? 

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Sales and Business Development team in our Ormeau office.  Our high performance sales team are motivated, possess outstanding relationship building skills, are skilled at each level of the sales process and present and negotiate with ease to key decision makers. A key competency we also require of our team members is coachability and the ability to grow and learn through feedback and formal and informal coaching.

About You

  • You will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a Business Development environment and is achievement orientated.
  • You will have a minimum 7 years experience in sales and Business Development within the Graphics and Reflective Industry
  • You will have demonstrated experience and proven networks in the sign, display and graphics consumables market.
  • You will ideally have experience in selling graphics materials.
  • You will love dealing with clients and people in general and thrive working both autonomously and in a tight knit team.
  • Your ability to build and maintain relationships will set you apart from your peers and you will love the chase and closing process which will be evident through your negotiation, solution selling and presentation skills.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies within current and new clients for the company's self-adhesive films and digital media for the graphics signage industries.
  • Develop and manage strong client relationships and regular client engagement.
  • Research accounts to identify and qualify new market leads and opportunities.
  • Identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders.
  • Work with marketing to specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, supported by site visits to customers.
