The Opportunity
We are looking for an individual who is an industry professional, passionate about advice and relationships and can provide an excellent level of client service.
This firm would love to employ a person with energy, passion, and drive and above all the ability to really look after an excellent quality book of clients and continue to nurture and grow the portfolio. The business has recently been successful in a couple of small acquisitions so there is continuing growth which will provide opportunities. Individuals who are interested in equity would be highly regarded.
Ideally, we would love to speak to people who have had experience working closely with High Net Wealth Private Wealth clients. Someone who is looking for a long-term option in their career would be highly regarded.
The Role
- Understanding clients’ immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
- Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
- Provide quality and trusted financial advice
- Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation
- Assist providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staff
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Experience working with HNW individuals an advantage.
- Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term.
- Strong SMSF knowledge
- FASEA approved qualifications.
- Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client’s best interest.
- Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach.
- Organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Commercial in mindset.
