"We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to acquire and retain small and mid-market businesses (up to 500 employees) in Greater Western Sydney.
The role is highly suited to someone who is self-motivated, outcome and results driven, reliable and enjoys building and maintaining relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation.
- Attend in person Meetings.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Build positive relationships with an allocated customer portfolio.
- Develop and maintain quarterly sales pipeline.
- Presentations and negotiation with Business owners.
- Meeting and exceed monthly sales targets.
Skills and experience
- 1 year sales experience in B2B.
- 1 Year Lead generation experience.
- Experience preparing proposals in Microsoft word or PowerPoint.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- Extremely energetic with impeccable time management skill.
- Previous Optus or other Telco experience would be considered an advantage but not essential.
