- Based in the heart of the CBD, this firm are approaching 100 staff and has grown rapidly over the last few years. This growth is continuing with this Partner-elect role being created due to growth. With so many new clients coming on board, the Partners know they could help support a new Partner too.
- They have several different services lines with a focus on Business Services and Tax Accounting and Advisory.
- All the Partners are originally from big firms who have attracted across clients, efficient processes, innovative ideas, exceptional technical knowledge, and a supportive attitude towards staff and clients alike.
- Their clients range in sizes from very, very large to small offering the team a broader exposure to technical issues and developmental opportunities than most other accounting firms.

The opportunity:
This is a new role being created so there is flexibility in the level for the right person.
The Partners want this role to become a Partner position, ideally beginning at Associate Director, Senior Manager or even a rising star Manager.
They want the right person for the job and can mould the level and responsibilities around your skill set and want you want to do most.
No matter what level you commence at;
- You will be given a client portfolio to manage directly as well as a team of highly capable and personable accountants to support you.
- The higher your level, the more expectation there will be on growing your portfolio and developing new business over time. You will be spoiled for mentoring with this.
- As one of the leaders of the firm, you will be involved in the strategic planning and running of the business. This will help develop your Partnership capabilities even further.
The appropriate person:
- 7+ years Business Services Accounting experience. Ideally from a firm where you will have exposure to large complex clients, efficient processes and quality training.
- The higher your level and salary, the more attractive client fees coming with you will be as it will show the Partners without question that you are capable of growing a client base. But it is not neccessary.
- Exceptional communication skills is an absolute must with an engaging personality.
- Cultural fit. They are an office full of nice, intelligent, ethical people. Accountants who have the emotional intelligence and technical knowledge to know how to help clients will excel in this growing firm.
