You will be responsible for:
- Providing legal and commercial advice to the business including assisting the business with documents for tender submissions and ensuring they align with requirements; and
- Preparing and negotiating contracts through the lifecycle of the projects, including the management of both formal and informal disputes.
- Assist with coordination and management of external Legal Counsel.
The successful candidate will ideally have 8 years' post admission experience in construction law. Our client is happy to consider lawyers with front or back-end experience as long as they are willing to focus on both front and back-end matters going forward.

- Have superior written and oral communication skills;
- A strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders;
- An ability to solve challenging intellectual and practical problems; and
- Be driven to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
