What will your typical day look like?
Working on complex domestic, corporate and international tax transactions, you will manage the day-to-day income tax affairs of a broad range of clients. Expect every day to be different - assist a client with their complex income tax compliance on one day and work on complex tax advice on another. Be part of a high-performing and fast-growing team that really love what they do and be mentored by some of the best in this field.
About our team
Our Private Tax team is focused on providing expert tax advice and services to some of the region's largest and most highly regarded businesses. Working on corporate and international tax transactions, M&A and restructures you will be exposed to the day to day tax affairs of some of Australia's most complicated entities.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
We're looking for someone with:
- Prior experience in a professional services environment
- Exposure to large private groups, multinational companies and private equity
- Tax governance experience is preferable (but not required)
- Drive and passion for learning about corporate and international tax challenges
- Ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- As a self-starter you will have a strong track record of consistently driving results and taking the initiative
- Ability to project manage and deliver multiple client engagements
- Strong sense of team and desire to manage and mentor our upcoming talent through coaching and on the job training
