About the Role
Reporting to the Coordinator – Golf Course the core responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting club members and the public with retail sales and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Help manage the tee-sheet, ensuring efficient bookings and scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining product displays, including restocking as necessary.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other Pro Shop staff, offering assistance when required to ensure smooth operations.
About You
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings as required.
