Working in our Continuous Improvement Team this role you will play a pivotal role in the utilization and optimization of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Acting as the MES Capability Leader, you will be responsible for providing essential support to all roles within the plant, ensuring seamless operations and effective utilization of the MES.
What you’ll be responsible for:- Train all site users on MES functionality.
- Configuration of site-specific master data (e.g line, machines, quality inspection setup etc) for implementation and future additions
- Close collaboration with site automation engineer, CoE MES, Project ONE Roll-out & implementation team and Lighthouse implementation team
- Provide first-level support to operators, equipment owners, line teams, and site management team.
- Monitor and audit report usage, sharing frequently used ones with the Key User community and COE
- Investigate and resolve incidents promptly
- Share best practices and promote adoption
- Safeguard the IWS DMS template within SFOL-template on-site level
- Ideally 5+ years of proven relevant experience
- Experience working in FMCG industry is preferred
- Degree qualifications in Engineering / Data and Information Science will be highly desirable
- Business and Project Management related qualifications and experience is highly desired.
- Advanced understanding of Process Improvement and reliability practices and tools essential, exposure to process re-engineering is highly desired
- Exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills
