As a Process Improvement Analyst at Heinemann, you will be in charge of reviewing and improving various parts of our logistics and supply chain operations. Throughout this one-year contract, your expertise will be crucial in finding ways to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline logistics processes. What you should bring along
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics).
5 years of experience in process analysis within the logistics and supply chain sector, with a focus on automation and systems integration is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimize processes and implement automation solutions.
Experience working with 3PL providers and optimizing logistics networks.
Proven project management skills, particularly in the successful implementation of automated systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record in logistics improvement, encouraging you to bring your innovative insights to our continuous improvement initiatives
