WesTrac is currently on the lookout for a skilled Process & Systems Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The position will report to the Learning and Development Content Design Lead.
The Process and Systems Trainer will be responsible for the development and delivery of training and support material in line with the National Sustainable Learning Strategy and employee capability development activities. In collaboration with the key stakeholders to develop the training and support material, Process and Systems Trainers are also responsible for delivering end user training as well as mentoring and leading Super Users. Where continuous improvement opportunities are identified they must be escalated and where possible implemented through the development and delivery of training material.
This position will be offered on a 2-year fixed term contract with potential to extend based on project requirements.
Location: WesTrac Training Institute, South Guildford WA
Roster: 5/2 8hrs
To be successful the following is required:
- Previous experience in training and development
- Previous facilitation of training both face to face and online
- Well-developed planning, organisational and analytical skills
- Previous experience coaching and mentoring
- Good communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal
- Solid experience with PowerPoint and TEAMS as well as proficiency in the remaining MS Office Suite
- Experience creating E-learning materials
Desirables:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience using Articulate (Rise360 /Storyline) or similar authoring tools
