Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor of Pharmacy focusing on pharmaceutical science or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
• Worked closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve analytical process, challenges, ensuring smooth operations., Ensured strict compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards, contributing to consistent and reliable quality control.
• Quality Control and Assurance, Production Process Optimisation, GMP Compliance, Team Collaboration, Analytical Knowledge

Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparation and Supervision of the commercial batch manufacturing as per the batch document for Powder, Capsule, and liquid line products. Coordination and supervision of the production floor with Production Manager, Supervisors, assistant supervisors, and staffs.
• Providing training to Operators, Assistant supervisors, supervisors, and all related managers regarding the process, flow, and reduction of the manufacturing time. Guidance for the development of robust, stable, and effective formulation for new products as per marketing plan or demand.
• Guidance and Preparation of Standard Operating procedure for the instruments and equipment’s that is used in the TNB Pharmaceuticals site.
• Study of drug-drug, drug-excipient interaction, its side effects, and contraindication with other drug molecule and guiding and suggesting Research and Development team during formulation preparation.
• Study of Market complain, identifying root cause of the problem and solving the problem from root in-order to eradicate or minimise the problem to come in future.
• Preparation, study and analysis of Non-conformance, deviation and/or observation on different level as major, minor, or critical and solving it identifying the bottleneck of the problem.
• Providing training and organising workshops to the technical team for uplifting their technical and analytical thinking.
• Guidance and overview in the preparation of documents as per GMP, TGA, and US-FDA guidelines and requirements.
• Preparation of questionnaire for Operators for identifying their shortcomings and upliftment of their skills.
• Study and identification of formulation issues with existing products and solving it through different approaches either from formulation side or equipment side.
