About the role:
As the Process Improvement Lead, you will have the responsibility of developing and implementing Process Improvement initiatives that align with Parks Victoria's strategic vision and objectives. Your role will involve providing leadership that contributes to the successful implementation of Process Improvement initiatives across the organisation, with a primary focus on enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Additionally, you will be required to develop change management strategies, change plans, and communication plans that support the successful implementation of business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation.
We're looking for someone with:
Expert knowledge in financial/business analysis, modelling and process reengineering
Demonstrated experience in strategic engagement and stakeholder change management
Knowledge in project management and an ability to convey this knowledge to others
Exceptional people leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, and proficient in business analysis and innovative problem-solving

About the branch
The Finance and Information Technology Division provides core support and strategic services in finance, information technology, procurement, project management office, strategic business planning and reporting. The division provides strategies, planning, business processes and systems to deliver these core support services to enable Parks Victoria to be financially sustainable and an employer of choice.
