Here's a taste of what you’ll be doing

The Process Improvement Specialist is the site technical production process specialist responsible for development and implementation of best practice process and equipment setting standards, in addition to leading site teams in delivery of Process Improvements which deliver key KPI outcomes.

In this role, you will

• Be a technical champion and owner for best practice lean production process flow standards across the site
• Production equipment settings for optimal efficiency and yield performance
• Lean process design - flow of products, efficiently utilising equipment, people and resources
• Implement best practice standards in line with Hilton requirements
• Site owner of selected best practice standards
• Coach and build technical capability of site production teams
• Partner with other functional specialists to resolve cross-functional process issues affecting performance KPI’s
• Collaborate with other sites to benchmark and resolve common issues
• Facilitate lean/Process Improvement-based activities and workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
• Implement metrics as required to monitor the savings resulting from Process Improvements/initiatives or to support problem solving
