Process Lead

• 6 months CONTRACT with extension
• Hybrid role (3 days onsite in Melbourne CBD)
• Daily Rate: $850 (inc. SUPER)

ROLE OVERVIEWAs the Process Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and refining business processes to elevate our overall performance. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of inventive solutions to streamline operations, empower staff, and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to achieve tangible results through continuous improvement and forward-thinking strategies.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead the design and execution of innovative solutions to optimize business processes.
• Utilize BPMN 2.0 and process mining techniques to model processes and enhance efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, holding a Green Belt certification or equivalent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement and drive implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance projects, with a focus on standards such as CPS230.
• Monitor outcomes and apply continuous improvement methodologies to sustain progress post-implementation.
• Contribute to shaping our customer experience into a competitive advantage through innovation and service excellence.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar process improvement
• Demonstrated expertise in process modeling using BPMN 2.0 and process mining.
• Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Previous involvement in regulatory reform initiatives like CPS230 is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements and operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and a results-oriented mindset.
