The Company
BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) is an Australian owned mineral resources company with salt and potash as its initial focus. A future Tier One project, Mardie has been designed to produce 5.35Mtpa of high-purity salt and 140ktpa of Sulphate of Potash (SOP).
Using an inexhaustible seawater resource and 99% of the energy required produced by natural solar and wind energy, our Mardie project is a multi-generational sustainable opportunity that will supply the growing chemical, renewable energy, and agricultural industries with Salt and Sulphate of Potash for generations to come.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Process Operator with a positive, can do, flexible attitude that is able to adapt to changing conditions. The successful candidate will:
- Actively promote and support a safety culture within the team aligned to the way we operate and work at the Mardie operations.
- Conduct field maintenance of Mardie Project site-based activities.
- Maintain and implement safety management systems in consultation with the Process Supervisor and the Operations Superintendent.
- Operate and maintain evaporation trial ponds and associated infrastructure.
- Assist with planning and scheduling of field activities to achieve required outcomes effectively, efficiently, and safely.
- Assist with minor earthworks and infrastructure. This would include the evaporation trial ponds, camp and other areas as required.
- Assist in the commissioning and handover of upcoming assets, including primary sea water intake and transfer stations.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks on company assets.
- Record, input and report on data required to ensure efficient operation of all plant and equipment.
- Assist and advise with the procurement of tools and equipment for Process Operations.
- Assist with continuity of work for the large-scale early works programmes.
- Maintain daily activities of the Village and other associated infrastructure assigned to operations .
- Assist in execution of other minor projects as requested by the Superintendent Operations.
- Aid with supervision and training as required in support of onsite operations and project staff, contractors and consultants.
- Raising work requests within our CMMS for any corrective tasks.
- Booking out of materials against scheduled work orders within our CMMS.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Process Operator, with the ability to perform day-to-day operations activities.
- Current, valid WA C Class Driver's License.
- First Aid Qualifications, (Provide First Aid & LV Rescue) (desirable).
- Mobile Equipment Tickets such as Skid Steer, telehandler and Excavator (desirable).
- Confined space entry and working at heights tickets (desirable).
- Proficient computer usage with Microsoft applications. (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Control Room operations i.e. (SCADA, Rockwell automation) (advantageous).
- RePL Drone License (advantageous).
The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that not older than 3 months and must hold a WA White Card.
You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
