About Us
We are a well-established family owned company based in Goondiwindi, Queensland. We process and supply quality Australian-grown seeds, grains, pulses, stock feeds and food products, from the highly productive and premium growing regions of southern Queensland and northern New South Wales.
About the Roles
We are currently seeking reliable and suitably Qualified Process Operators to join us in the following roles:
- Control Room Operator
- Hand Tip Operator
- Splitting Plant Operator
- Bagging Plant Operator
- Grading Plant Operator
- Receivals Operator
- Truck Loading Operator
Your duties will include the skilled operation of Feed Mill and Grain processing / manufacturing equipment to ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. This includes the preventative maintenance and data monitoring of plant and equipment.
About You
To be successful for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
- 12 months experience working as a process operator in a manufacturing or processing environment within the agricultural sector
- Minimum of an AQF level 2 or 3 certificate
- Demonstrated Forklift driving experience
- Demonstrated experience with Manufacturing and Processing computer software
- Demonstrated experience with Preventative Maintenance software (e.g MEX)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel and Outlook.
- A strong safety focus
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- A desire to progress within the company.

Salary from $70,000.00 per year
