The Role:
Laminex is on the hunt for a Process Operator to strengthen our team at the Cheltenham laminate plant. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a forklift license and a passion for manufacturing excellence, safety, and learning. We are committed to training the right person who aligns with our values and vision.
Shift Patterns:
Operate on a flexible, 24-hour rotating shift schedule that includes weekends, with shifts running from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and vice versa.
Compensation:
Receive a highly competitive salary that significantly exceeds award rates, inclusive of additional loading for shift work and any required overtime.
Role Responsibilities:

About You:
- Essential: Current LF forklift license, with a minimum of 6 months' previous experience
- Desirable: Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles, though not mandatory.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly team-oriented, with a strong capacity for physical work within a dynamic environment.
- Great knowleldge of safety in the workplace
