We are seeking candidates looking for long term employment as Process Operators. We have positions available across multiple sites. Our sites are based in Bunbury, Australind & Kemerton Industrial Park.
We are recruiting for;
- Shift Operators - 12 hour shifts on a rotating day/night roster covering 24/7 operations (Roster patterns will vary across sites)

The ideal candidates will;
- Have previous process operator experience, working with fixed plant equipment.
- Execute a high commitment to safety in all aspects of your work
- Demonstrate high level problem solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot independently.
- Have a reasonable level of physical fitness and the ability to complete manual labour tasks;
- Be curious, listen and communicate well;
- Have capacity and desire to participate in ongoing training, developing skills and experience;
- Demonstrate a high motivation and aptitude towards team work;
- Be prepared to work at times outdoors in the elements;
- Have capacity with using computers and/or learning process control equipment;
- Live within a 40 minute commute of AUSTRALIND or be willing to relocate.
You must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
It would be considered highly desirable if you had;- Experience in Mineral Sands Mining OR Chemical Manufacturing.
- Relevant licences & tickets, suitable for operator role;
- Certificate II or III in Process Plant Operations; and
- DCS experience
