🌟 Prerequisites for Success:
- Operate and monitor the equipment and processes used in the extraction and processing of lead ore and other base metals.
- Manage crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtration processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Use control systems and instrumentation to monitor and adjust processing parameters for optimal performance.
- Conduct regular sampling and testing of ore and processed material to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on processing equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant operation.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimise plant performance and achieve production targets.
👷♂️ Mandatory Criteria:
- Valid C Class Driver’s License
- MUST have previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment:
- Mineral Mines and Quarries medical
- Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
- Blood Lead Levels
- Chest X-Ray + ILO
- Substance Screening (Drugs and Alcohol)
- Site inductions
