Key Responsibilities:
Operate Machinery:
Set up and operate production equipment efficiently.
Monitor machinery performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production.
Assembly Line Tasks:
Perform assembly tasks accurately and in line with production guidelines.
Ensure all components and products are correctly assembled to meet company standards.
Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Report any quality issues to supervisors promptly and assist in troubleshooting.
Material Handling:
Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products safely and efficiently.
Organize materials to ensure a smooth workflow and proper storage.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to maintain a productive environment.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.
Wear required protective gear and immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
Documentation and Reporting:
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Team Collaboration:
Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist colleagues when needed and actively participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Ability to operate and maintain machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 kg
Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions:
Exposure to noise, dust, and other elements common in a production environment.
Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends.
