Discover a fantastic opportunity with our client, a global leader in sustainability specializing in water, hygiene, and infection control products and services. We are currently seeking a skilled process operator to join our team on a casual basis at our Kwinana facility.
The role will be working on a rotating roster consisting of 2 weeks on day shift followed by 2 weeks on afternoon shift, Monday - Friday on competitive hourly rate of $32.72 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + shift penalties.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain fixed plant operations, blending to manufacturing instructions
- Forklift operation
- Sampling as required during processes
- Check instrumentation and record data
- Problem solve to overcome production issues and maintain production schedule
- Cycle counts and stock checks of raw material
- Warehouse housekeeping
- Working in a safe manner
Successful candidates will have:
- Current Forklift Licence and experience
- Able to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills
- Production Operator experience
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Storage, Handling and Transport of Dangerous Goods (desirable)
- Rights to work within Australia
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and obtain national police clearance where required.
