Our client offers a newly finished base camp with all the amenities, excellent rates and a great crew.
They have operations based in Western Queensland and FIFO through Mt Isa - only a short flight from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns. Meals are fully catered, accommodation is single or double and they have wet areas that are not just the pool.
We have been working with our client to provide them with a flexible workforce for their site and they have now asked us to find them Processing Operators to become part of their crew.

On Line Recruitment are currently looking for Processing Operators:
Operators perform vital functions in the day to day operation of the mineral processing capability of the site. As an Operator, you will be involved with all types of heavy machinery that are used in the mineral extraction process.
What we are looking for in an Operator:
- Experience in operating processing facilities (ideally, mining)
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures relating to mining operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics for equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Physical stamina and bility to work in demanding and challenging environments
- Willingness to work under FIFO conditions
