The role:
We are currently looking for a Lawyer with 1-2 years PAE to join our Brisbane Property and Development team. The team's focus lies with transactions in significant property assets, including due diligence, commercial leasing and various land use agreements, acquisition, structuring, planning, construction and sale of 'off the plan' developments for commercial and residential developments.
The requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-2 years PAE
- Strong property experience including commercial conveyancing and leasing
- Strong PEXA experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Committed and intelligent approach to work
- A high level of attention to detail
