About the Role
An exciting opportuninty has arisin for a Procurement Administrator, for our Supply Chain Team. This fantastic opportunity is for a highly disciplined individual, with meticulous attention to detail to join our talented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with analysis & maintenance of supplier pricing & details
- Obtaining quotes for supply of materials, parts and services
- Investigation and resolution of any pricing discrepancies with suppliers
- Maintain ERP with supplier contact information and pricing
- Preparing periodic reports related to procurement, shipping and receiving within the local operation.
About You
- Experience in a similar accounting or administrative role an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook & Word
- A positive attitude, coupled with exceptional communication & interpersonal skills enabling you add to a great team and culture
- The ability to effectively prioritise your workload, be self-motivated with an acute attention to detail
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude
