Job description
Key responsibilities- Provide high-quality and timely contract administration for CSQ's high-value and high-risk contracts, including to monitor performance through formal review meetings with contract managers and suppliers.- Provide advice and structured support for routine sourcing activities undertaken by CSQ, including contingent labour engagements.- Provide expert advice on contract issues as required by CSQ, including expert advice on extensions, renewals and variations, and the escalation of underperformance and complaints that cannot be resolved locally.- Support the ongoing development of purchasing officer capability across CSQ and actively contribute to a community of practice for CSQ procurement delegates.- Provide strategic advice to the Manager, CPCAU and Director, Courts Finance and Procurement to inform planning and monitor risk.- Write / review complex reports, briefing notes, submissions, departmental and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards as required.- Mentor other CPCAU members to support a high performing and innovative team.
