Description & Requirements
The Procurement Analyst role will play a critical role to the success of the business by providing datadriven insights vital to developing robust category strategies that will capture market opportunities- optimize value over spend and reduce risks to the supply chain.
- Work closely with the Indirect Procurement Category Leads to identify opportunities- manage spend and deliver value for money for the company.
- Gather spend data from KHC internal systems and key internal stakeholders
- Obtain market intelligence through research and accessing information from KHC approved external sources.
- Analyse gathered data and information and synthesize them into relevant market insights or report that will support category and sourcing strategy development
- Execute sourcing events consistent with the approved category and sourcing strategies and compliant to the KHC procurement policies.
- Analyse and evaluate tender proposals and put together sourcing recommendations that optimize value against cost- reduce risks and improve service levels.
- Provide general support to the team in all other facets of the procurement process.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety- Environmental- Health and Safety- and Ethical and Human Resources policies- programs and goals.

Experience:
- Worked in a similar role- preferably within a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Experience in market research- data extraction- analysis and reporting
- Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and other data-management and dashboard reporting tools
