Lead and manage the contract management and Support Services team to achieve a high-level of compliance, commercial performance and to deliver high quality services that drive efficiency whilst also managing risk.
Continuously improve WaterNSW’s Procurement Framework, Contract Management and Supplier Performance Framework and the self-service procurement intranet portal to enable staff to comply with policies and processes which are aimed at managing risk, but also improving commercial outcomes for WaterNSW.
Enhance and maintain supplier risk assessment /management tools, supplier relationship management framework and category management reporting /insights.
Identify capability gaps within the Procurement team and the business, determine training required, and support the development and implementation of training and capability development initiatives designed to enhance key procurement competencies, in particular contract management.
Support the management of the corporate property budget and commercial management through analysis, reporting, forecasting and ensure suppliers are paid on time.
