Reporting to the head of Supply Chain, you will be accountable for managing the procurement and supply chain activities required to support a variety of projects throughout their project lifecycle.
The position has a strong focus on sourcing activities, managing supplier relationships, cost saving initiatives, ensuring strict compliance to regulations and standards, and managing a variety of contracts.
You will be preparing a variety of reports on supply chain performance highlighting risks, issues, and supplier performance metrics.
You will mentor and delegate to a team of procurements specialists allocated to your project.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
University Degree Qualified
Experience within a procurement, project management and commercial field in either engineering or manufacturing
Contract management and negotiation skills
Ability to form strong stakeholder relationships
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work alongside a team and also bring people on a journeyWhy should you apply?
