We provide the construction industry with quality Australian made earthmoving components such as buckets, quick hitches, attachments, truck bodies and repairs & maintenance.
We are a motivated team of friendly and enthusiastic people with a high production and quality focus.
The Role:
- Procurement of parts & materials for projects & necessary equipment for the business.
- Creating & managing purchase orders from requisition demands, necessary credits through to receiving of goods.
- Store management.
- Update progress of job acquisitions at regular production meetings.
- Inventory control.
- Establish procurement & maintenance procedures for continued performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Continued improvement & updating of the ERP system.
- Maintain records of all products, data & costings.
Successful applicant will have:
- The ability to collaborate & work with production staff as well as other members of the administrative team, while meeting scheduling deadlines.
- A sound knowledge of continual improvement practices.
- Confidence to continually source the best price and item for the job.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in with teams when flexibility is needed.
- Maturity and a sense of urgency.
- Someone who thrives on success, everyone's success, not just your own.
- Relevant minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Advanced computer skills.
The Position Offered:
- 3 month contract with the possibility of ongoing full time work.
- Monday - Friday Position.
- Salary $65k - $75k
- Approx. start date 8th April 2024.
