About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Procurement Officer. 
This role will be responsible for developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal stakeholders regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the procurement process for all of ANTG's sites. 

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

• Identify which goods and/or services are needed at each ANTG site.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. 
• Prepare and manage purchase orders in accordance with the company’s needs and budget. 
• Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. 
• Respond to supplier and/or internal stakeholder enquiries and resolve any related issues within area as they arise. 
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery. Follow up back orders, or product returns with suppliers where necessary. 
• Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Create new policies or SOP’s as requested by Reporting Manager 
   

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferer but not essential 
• 2+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software. 
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement technique 
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills. 
• Great attention to detail.
