We are seeking a Full Time Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The role is required to receive, prepare and dispatch goods, track and maintain stock levels, monitor and maintain sales and purchase pricing according to Company Policy, and liaise with the Operations team.
The successful candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills and are required to:
- Be well presented with excellent attention to detail;
- Be numerate;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve outcomes;
- Be proficient in the use of Office products including Excel, Word;
- Have experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems;
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures;
- Demonstrate optimal time management and prioritization skills.
Experience in a similar role with a proactive mindset and focus on adherence to procedures is vital.
Responsibilities include:
- Receipt, review, confirm, prepare and dispatch goods following the Procurement and Logistics Procedure and associated documents;
- Working closely with the Sales, Rental and Services Teams;
- Maintain the List Pricing document and ensure all pricing is up to date in the ERP and Rental Systems;
- Implement sales margins in consultation with the Operations and Product Sales Managers and ensure agreed stock levels of stockable equipment and consumables are maintained;
- Support the HydroTerra team with Procurement & Logistics inquiries;
- Undertake the Annual Stocktake of Stockable equipment, Consumables and Rental Equipment for Hire.
