The Opportunity
The KBR Land Domain Team is currently seeking a Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Melbourne.

The Procurement Officer's responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• The provision of advice and support to procurement planning while ensuring compliance with legislation, procurement policies, processes and procedures.
• Understanding of the content of the Defence Procurement Policy Manual (DPPM), and related guidance.
• The analysis of supply chain data and resolve problems using expertise, taking the initiative to identify courses of actions.
• The purchasing of products within Defence MILIS, ROMAN and related systems in accordance with the DPPM.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• Qualified and suitably experienced Procurement and / or Supply Chain Specialist.
• Awareness of Defence procurement policies, systems and processes.
• Working knowledge of Defence Tools such as MILIS and ROMAN.
• Experience raising, developing and reviewing procurement documentation.
• Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
