Excellent opportunity for an experienced Procurement Operations Analyst to join Insignia Financial during a time of transformation.
The Role
In this role you will assist the Procurement Function with planning coordinating and delivering the Procurement Operating framework and Zycus system across Insignia Financial. It is a great opportunity to help establish and develop a centralised best-in-class procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review / Create Purchase / requisitions orders for accuracy and completeness before payment
- Coordinate Punch outs, catalogues, and creation of Panel / Sub agreement contracts in Zycus
- Provide guidance for the use of Zycus from Source to pay
- Complete tasks and workflows assigned in a timely manner
- Ensure project milestones are delivered in accordance with project plans
- Assist with managing relationships with clients, suppliers/vendors, staff, and stakeholders
- Attend Zycus weekly meetings to coordinate Incidents and service requests and escalate where required
- Assist in the day-to-day BAU activities for the Procurement Operations Team
- Prepare reporting for stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining the Procurement Hub website and keep up to date
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Experience in procurement within financial services
- Solid operational procurement experience ideally with Zycus
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to process improvement within a large organisation
- Agile project management accreditation preferred
