About the Position
An opportunity is available for a Purchasing and Procurement professional with experience in domestic and global sourcing and the ability to manage key ingredients and packaging materials from an approved supplier list.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels to agreed targets and generate orders through the MRP System
- Communicate to internal stakeholders any issues regarding stock levels that could impact manufacturing and supply to external customers
- Manage a portfolio of domestic and international suppliers incorporating logistics and managing overseas suppliers' freight consolidation (LCL/FCL) to the maximum container utilization
- Experience in customs clearance
- Update products and suppliers' information in the system
- Procurement duties that support NPD initiatives
- Product supply risk mitigation and cost reduction initiatives
- Update products and suppliers' information in the system
- Manage packaging requirements
You will have
- Minimum 1-year experience with Food Manufacturing Enterprises with experience in the latest ERP/MRP functionality
- Understanding of Quality Assurance requirements for food manufacturing
- Sound knowledge of international trade and shipping
- Practical knowledge of demand and forecast planning
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite with excellent Excel skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (Multilingual would be an advantage)
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs in business and supply chain.
