We are seeking a Procurement Specialist, to drive strategic sourcing and buying practices within an operational environment. Our client is seeking someone who is committed to ensuring timely procurement and delivery, leveraging SAP and fostering continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain process compliance and enhance automation.
- Provide top-tier customer service.
- Drive process and system enhancements.
- Monitor and improve end-to-end P2P performance.
- Drive transactional purchasing automation.
- Troubleshoot purchasing challenges.
- Ensure accurate purchase orders and delivery dates.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse teams.
Skills, Attributes and Experience:
- Extensive SAP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous procurement or data management experience (min 5 years)
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
