The role: We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic Snowy 2.0 Procurement team, based in Cooma, NSW.
This position is responsible for supporting the team through the effective support & management of procurement programs and governance to procurement activities. The position contributes to the broader procurement activities by supporting continuous improvement, data tracking & management and information lifecycle management. We are looking for: Minimum of 5 years experience within procurement, contract management, commercial, engineering or project management.
Relevant tertiary qualifications, bachelor's degree is preferred. Awareness of commercial and procurement management techniques with experience in capital procurement and procurement support. Highly developed interpersonal communication and negotiating skills that enable strong relationships to be established.
