The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient and quality contract management and procurement for the business. The Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of goods and services contracts.
The Duties:The duties include:
- Provide assistance and guidance to the business on procurements and contract management activities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, negotiate with suppliers, evaluate tenders, and offers in conjunction with relevant sector
- Lead contract evaluations
- Build relationships with suppliers
- Develop Contract Management Plans and monitoring supplier performance against KPIs
- Manage contract variations and contractor claims
- Adherence to the Company's Procurement Framework
- Ad hoc duties
- CIPS Diploma is Procurement and Supply or equivalent or tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce and/or Finance
- 5-7 years' experience in procurement
- Experience in procurement processes
- Knowledge of modern supply chain concepts
