Your Role
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking to kickstart their career in Supply Chain Management and gain hands-on experience in a corporate procurement environment.
You will be responsible for various procurement support functions, including data administration within our Enterprise Resource Planning System (JD Edwards), assisting with procurement projects, managing vendor catalogues and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. You will collaborate closely with Procurement Specialists and the General Manager, Supply Chain, to streamline procurement operations, support category management activities, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
About You
You will have tertiary qualifications in business or commerce, or relevant graduate-level experience. Previous experience in a procurement environment is advantageous, as is familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning Software, particularly JD Edwards. Excellent understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential for this role. You will need to demonstrate high-level organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a professional customer service attitude.
