Located along the Brisbane River (Maiwar), Brisbane Powerhouse is a heritage-listed 1920s power station that has been repurposed into an arts centre. Brisbane Powerhouse presents engaging contemporary arts and cultural experiences that are accessible to everyone.Comprising three integral components—Arts, Commercial and Events—our organisation thrives on fostering creativity and community involvement. In 2022, we embarked on a strategic overhaul of our Arts Program, prioritising establishing a trusted and reputable brand. This shift has enabled us to present diverse, high-quality artistic programs that resonate with our audiences.To ensure we continue to deliver a curated cultural program that balances artistic integrity, excellence, and audience development, we are looking for an experienced Producer who has followed our journey and is looking to be part of the next phase of Brisbane Powerhouse.As Producer, you will work closely with the Arts Program Director to lead the project management of artistic programs, overseeing planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.To be successful in this role, you will be proficient in planning, budgeting, and time management, with a keen eye for detail to ensure the successful execution of arts events and programs within established timelines and budgets.
