Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.
We are currently recruiting for Hospitality and Tourism Super Stars, to be based in the Bundaberg Area. We are looking for that bubbly and infectious personality of someone that can take our visitors on an experience and make them want to come back again.
In addition to this, we require the right candidate to have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA or willing to obtain one).
About the role:
- Welcoming guests and being the master of ceremonies during experiences; announcing facts, safety briefings and acknowledgments
- Most importantly, ensuring everyone has an incredible & memorable experience.
- Be responsible for the service of alcohol and ensuring daily tasks are completed
- Provide retail support and pos processing
- Cleaning duties, such as glasses, sanitizing surfaces and clearing tables.

About you:
- Comfortable speaking in front of visitors
- Fun, diverse and engaging personality
- Reliable and available to work on rostered shifts including weekends, school holidays/public holidays and is keen to pick up extra shifts when required
- Has a Responsible Service of Alcohol for willing to obtain one within 30 days
- Strong organisational skills and safety focused
- Able to work within a team and work efficiently under pressure
- Commitment to upskilling and learning new roles
- Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Have previous experience in Tourism/Hospitality or study in these areas
- Prior experience in retail, point of sale/eftpos or hospitality roles is also desirable
- Computer literate - proficient with Microsoft Office
- First aid certificate or basic first aid knowledge (desirable but not essential)
