What you’ll do
- Maintain top-tier production standards, exceeding benchmarks.
- Regularly review and enhance content for quality improvement.
- Develop and produce diverse digital content for websites, social media, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and more.
- Manage content across platforms, ensuring timely publication and quality adherence.
- Optimize content for engagement metrics, proposing enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion within deadlines and budget.
- Foster audience engagement by crafting resonant content.
- Analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness, providing strategic insights.
- Stay updated on digital trends and technologies, incorporating them into content strategies.
- Become the go-to expert in sports content creation, representing our team internally and externally.
- Possess deep understanding of video production techniques and relevant technologies, staying abreast of advancements.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years experience in digital content production, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with video and audio production and editing software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in content production or project management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to project manage sporting talent.
