The role and Day to day will include :
Support the Capital Optimisation Squad sitting within the Home Ownership Domain in executing against a backlog of Capital Optimisation initiatives, as well as the identification and quantification of additional Capital Optimisation opportunities.
Achievement of credit risk initiatives to optimise acquisition, serviceability, verification, account management, Capital Optimisation, return on equity and bad and doubtful debt
Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional areas while driving forward momentum on main priorities
Support the planning and prioritisation of initiatives
Escalation of risks, issues, and blockers
Communication of analytical insights to management in a clear and concise manner based on internal and external data sources
What you bring to the role:
Credit risk background preferred
Experience using SAS and/or SQL
Tertiary education in a quantitative field
Data driven and results oriented
Experience in presenting findings
Inquisitive and self-motivated
1 or more years of experience in the use of statistical decision tools to drive automated strategy decisions in a consumer credit environment
