Forming the cornerstone of Unilever’s Prestige Personal Care Division, Dermalogica continues to be an entrepreneurial company that fosters personal well-being and integrity in a hands-on environment making us one of the world's most respected skin care lines.The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Product/ Brand Manager (Retail), who will be responsible for driving profitable growth for Dermalogica in the retail channel. As part of a high performing marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll help develop and execute the marketing strategy to ensure Dermalogica remains the #1 Professional Skincare brand in Australia.Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct and leverage market research to define a compelling local marketing strategy to increase key brand metrics and market share. Cross functional project lead for key NPD launches; establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop go-to-market plan across different channels and segments. Develop bespoke retail strategies and work with our (Mecca, David Jones) partners to accelerate growth in the channel. Oversee development and implementation of the promotional (GWP) program. Lead the media, media partnerships and activations that support the brand and key products launches throughout the year. Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and retail partners (eg Mecca, David Jones). Provide monthly reports locally and globally on sales performance and market and competitor analysis. Budget management Ensure all launches and promotions reflect the Dermalogica brand compass: Education, Personalisation & Human Touch.
