Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to promote, sell and activate Certified Pre Owned devices (CPOs) accessories, and related products
• Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets
• Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
• Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right phone or accessories based on their needs and preferences
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience

• Opportunity to work with all of our brands
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings and weekends
• Hours vary by location and time of year
• Shift coverage at nearby locations

• Our recruitment process consists of a multi-layered approach during which we are happy to provide accommodations as needed

Base Hourly Pay:$17 - $21
Bonus Pay:Monthly activations bonus

Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional commissions earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year. Actual Base Rate may be above posted rate to align with provincial regulations.
