Role Overview:
We're in search for a talented Product Designer to join a small, global team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineers to develop innovative solutions that address customer needs. As they primarily serve crypto teams, a strong grasp of both design principles and the crypto landscape will be highly regarded. This is a hybrid position (1-2 days onsite in Sydney), requiring exceptional written communication skills to liaise effectively with their global team.
You'll take charge of their existing product, design system, and assets, evolving them over time to meet evolving demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding business requirements through direct collaboration with the founder and customers.
- Partnering with engineers to grasp current and future product capabilities and effectively communicate detailed product requirements.
- Leading the design of their analytics app, including maintaining the design system and crafting new user flows and screens.
- Updating the website and implementing changes in Webflow, aligning closely with product marketing needs.
- Assisting in product management by prioritising features based on complexity, technical feasibility, and customer demand.
- Demonstrating high independence, proactivity, and initiative in multi-stakeholder processes.
Demonstrated experience and attributes:
- Background in design within a data-centric organisation or analytics company (highly regarded)
- Passion for exploring the latest design tools and trends.
- Interest in crypto and prior experience with dApps.
- Experience working in remote teams and adept at concise communication.
- Comfortable taking on additional responsibilities in an early-stage startup environment.
