What we are looking for :

Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) software is an integrated solution that manages all of the information and processes at every step of a product or service lifecycle, across a globalized supply chain, and includes the data from items, parts, products, documents, requirements, engineering change orders, and quality workflows. Effective PLM streamlines the engineering, manufacturing, shipping, logistics and other key areas involved with the product's production, with the goal of outperforming its competitors, while remaining highly profitable and continually keeping pace with customer demand.

The PLM Project Manager will partner between the business and technologies organizations to define and prioritize multiple PLM system requirements. System upgrades, technology enhancements and new module deployments must align with the innovation roadmap and adhere to multiple requirements such as compliance, security and cross-functional business initiatives. This role will collaborate across multiple disciplines and regions to develop, execute, and optimize deployment plans and schedules.

What you will do :

• Lead and manage high visibility and strategic projects
• Work with business partners to define and translate business requirements
• Work with PLM administrators to define and translate technology requirements
• Partner with multiple organizations to define requirements for compliance, security, training and/or other cross-functional teams
• Manage project risks and assist with problem resolution
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams
• Report status regularly to key stakeholders including business partners, technical teams and executive leadership

What you will need :

• Experience using project management systems (MS Project, Smartsheets, etc.)
• Experience managing large, multifaceted timelines and budgets
• Experience managing large, high risk, highly complex projects
• Experience negotiating key deliverables and timelines when there are widely differing viewpoints for a positive outcome
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams, leveraging transparency and collaboration to achieve results
• Experience delivering executive-level status reports and communications

What will put you ahead :

• Preferred experience in a Product Lifecycle Management role (Siemens, SAP, Oracle Fusion, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and lifecycles
• Advanced experience with information technology in one or more of the “Four Cornerstones” of a manufacturing or engineered-to-order business infrastructure, which includes Product Lifecyle Management (PLM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
