Due to continuous growth across the business they are looking to hire a Product Manager who will help to influence and drive the execution of strategic product decisions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy - Develop and maintain an understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform the product roadmap
• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy and goals in collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
• Product Development- Influence cross-functional teams through product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Prepare detailed product requirements to include new feature development and existing feature improvements.
• Scope product needs and create business plans, prototypes and mock-ups.
• User Experience- Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive user friendly interfaces and workflows.
• Understand user journey and identify ways to test and prove new products and features.
• Conduct usability testing.
• Product launch and Adoption-Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure succesful product launches.
• Monitor product adoption, usage metrics and customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to increase user engagement.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or technology.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

This business is based on the Gold Coast and offer flexible hybrid working arrangements however they are also keen to hear from Brisbane based candidates and may be able to offer remote working options for the right applicant.
