Product Manager, your primary role will ensure efficient management of Product organisational interdependencies, encompassing stakeholder engagement, organisational governance, financial and resource management and risk management.To succeed in this endeavour, you will:
- Conduct financial planning and coordinate with various governance committees to meet budget estimates, additional estimates, and bi-annual update submissions.
- Prepare committee submissions, including Decision and Noting briefs, and engage stakeholders through pre-briefs to support informed decision-making.
- Create and maintain Sustainment documentation, including Sustainment Reviews Screens and Bi-annual Updates.
- Manage the 'Product on a Page' and maintain the online presence for the product.
- Develop, maintain, and update Product Delivery Agreements or similar contractual documents.
- Utilise modelling, scenarios, and data visualisation tools for quantitative analysis, assisting in assessing the feasibility of proposals and informing capability decision-making.

- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing effective Product strategies and plans.
- Possesses a high level of autonomy, demonstrating the ability to independently handle various aspects of the role, including problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
- You must hold a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
