Product Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Product Management to join our team. We are seeking someone who is task-focused, highly organized, and able to work both autonomously and as part of our dynamic team. This role is Full Time.

Key role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Providing timely responses and feedback to all relevant departments in relation to issues with product availability and manufacturer updates.
• Sourcing, accessing and loading new products as well as monitoring existing product portfolio.
• Initiating and growing strong supplier relationships
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improved service and efficiencies relevant to role
• Assisting to develop and monitor provisioning processes to meet upcoming requirements,
• Monitoring supplier performance,
• Ensuring rectification in an appropriate and timely manner of deficiencies identified,
• Cross-training within the team and other ad hoc responsibilities as requested.

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• The ability to analyse problems and strategize better solutions,
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to rapidly learn new software,
• Good negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal,
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry,
• A great work ethic and a positive work attitude,
• Thrive in a fast-paced workplace and great ability to multitask,
• Ability to develop supplier relationships,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
